Articolo 3 Zona di produzione La zona di produzione delle uve atte alla produzione dei vini a denominazione di origine controllata «Lacrima di Morro» o «Lacrima di Morro d'Alba» ricade nella provincia di Ancona e comprende i terreni vocati alla qualità di tutto il territorio dei comuni di Morro d'Alba, Monte S. Vito, S. Marcello, Belvedere Ostrense, Ostra e Senigallia, con esclusione dei fondi valle e dei versanti delle colline del comune di Senigallia prospicienti il mare.
